How Keyword Research Maximizes Adsense Profits
If you’re new to making money with Google’s Adsense program then you might not know what I’m about to share with you but if you have been making money (or at least trying to) with Adsense, then you also know that finding the right keywords are very important to your overall result.
Recently Nicolas Prudhon wrote an article about evaluating the difficulty of keywords and even though this topic had nothing to do with making money on Adsense it inspired me to pick up some good old keyword research.

In the article I wrote recently about the best keywords for making money with Adsense you got to see how I would normally pick some high paying keywords that were in the “middle range” in order to avoid the fiercest competition.
However there is another great way to improve your Adsense income and that is by not focusing on the CPC price at first but rather find great keywords in paying niches (like weightloss, golf, make money and so on…) that has very low competition and THEN look at the CPC price.
It is kinda the same thing but in reverse order and the results can be stunning.
The point is that if you find a few keywords where there is literally no competition at all you will be able to achieve number 1 rankings very quickly and even though the keywords might not pay you several dollars per click (I found some that will pay me about $0.5 per click) you’ll still make a decent income because of the traffic that you’re going to get fairly quickly.
And not having any competition does not mean that you’ll not get much traffic. I found keyword phrases that according to Google could potentially bring in thousands of visitors per month which could quickly add a few hundred dollars in income per month. Not too bad for about 2 hours work.
Now the two hours might have been a bit more if I hadn’t had the KWelite software to help me out but it would still have been possible to do it all manually.
Would adding a few hundred dollars per keyword per month make a difference to you? If so I would strongly suggest that you go tab into those low hanging keyword fruits to maximize your Adsense profits.
To Your Success,
Mikael

Not “hard” Chris, just time consuming
The process in itself is pretty easy. It can just take up a lot of your time and especially without software.
